★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta calificación no es para la tienda en físico, es para el sistema en línea de la tienda, desde hace dos semanas realice una compra de varios calzados, quedaron de mandármelo en dos días hábiles y no cumplieron, después me dijeron que ya no estaba disponible un modelo, deposite una diferencia para hacer un cambio y me dijeron que esa misma tarde salía y nada.
Quiero aclarar que el envío supuestamente era express, hoy a casi ya tres semanas de haber realizado la compra no he recibido mi paquete y apenas me hicieron llegar la referencia para rastrear mi pedido que oh sorpresa aún ni lo entregan a la paquetería.
La verdad me siento desilusionado con el servicio de tienda en línea, no era mi primera compra pero si la última que hago en línea.
This rating is not for the physical store, it is for the store's online system, for two weeks I have made a purchase of several footwear, they were sent to me in two business days and they did not comply, then they told me that it was no longer available a model, deposit a difference to make a change and they told me that that same afternoon I would go out and nothing.
I want to clarify that the shipment was supposedly express, today almost three weeks after making the purchase I have not received my package and they just sent me the reference to track my order that, surprise, they still do not deliver it to the parcel.
The truth is I am disappointed with the online store service, it was not my first purchase but the last one I make online.

Hace una semana compré unos tenis, los usé una sola vez y me lastimaron, al revisarlos bien, me percaté que un tenis está más alto que el otro de la parte del talón, lo que es un defecto de fábrica, y que según en lo que pegaron en mi ticket de compra, tengo 90 días para cambio por defecto de fábrica. Llegué confiada a la tienda y no me los quisieron cambiar porque según ellos no estaba la encargada, me querían hacer regresar para que hable con esta persona que según analizaría si es viable llevar los tenis al laboratorio para
comprobar el defecto, para aún así ver si aplica la devolución . Es injusto, no pagas cualquier cosa por unos tenis que según la marca, significa calidad. Muy mala experiencia de compra, definitivamente no regreso ni los recomiendo.
Terrible attention and absurd return policies.
