★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal trato, no hay prioridad conforme va llegando la gente, te dejan esperando muchísimo tiempo y no llevan ningún tipo de orden, a la hora de reclamar los empleados son muy groseros, no es una buena experiencia.
Very bad treatment, there is no priority as people arrive, they leave you waiting for a long time and they do not have any kind of order, when it comes to complaining the employees are very rude, it is not a good experience.

The dye I asked for was not done as I requested, they did it as they pleased, I gave them another chance... I made an appointment and they left me waiting 3 hours and I had to leave, apart from the one who cuts the hair is very clown and conceited

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La logistica de atención es muy deficiente. Agendé una cita para la 12:45 am y llegué con 10 minutos de anticipación por respeto a los tiempos que creí manejaban. Se me dió atención 1 hora y media después de la hora de mi cita. La razón, estaban atendiendo gente que llegó tarde a sus citas y a gente que ya es conocida del dueño y pues tienen prioridad ante los que agendan. Se me hace una falta de respeto que llegamos a tiempo y me tenga que esperar por la gente que llega tarde. Simplemente se les debería pedir re agenden su cita por respeto al tiempo de los demás. Por que entonces, da lo mismo si agendo a cierta hora y llego a la hora que se me dé la gana si al final me van a atender, honestamente se me hace ilógico. Son amables en si, pero esa falta de logística es pésima y opaca lo demás.
The logistics of care is very poor. I made an appointment for 12:45 am and arrived 10 minutes early out of respect for the times I thought they were driving. I was seen 1 1/2 hours after my appointment time. The reason, they were serving people who were late for their appointments and people who are already known to the owner and therefore have priority over those who schedule. I find it disrespectful that we arrive on time and I have to wait for people who arrive late. They should simply be asked to reschedule out of respect for the time of others. Because then, it doesn't matter if I make an appointment at a certain time and I arrive at the time I want if in the end they are going to attend to me, honestly it makes me illogical. They are kind in itself, but that lack of logistics is terrible and overshadows the rest.
