★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO, llevo tratando con Roberto alrededor de 5 años, desde que modernicé todo mi servicio de calefacción en Valle de Bravo, (compré mi caldera con ellos), al principio el servicio era aceptable, pero conforme pasó el tiempo tenía que perseguirlos para que me dieran el servicio, incluso después de haber pagado 70% de adelanto. Una situación super desgastante, perseguir a Roberto durante meses, incluso AÑOS, para que cumpliera con instalaciones previamente pagadas. A la fecha sigue sin cumplir, no lo recomiendo NADA.
POOR SERVICE, I have been dealing with Roberto for about 5 years, since I modernized all my heating service in Valle de Bravo, (I bought my boiler with them), at first the service was acceptable, but as time passed I had to pursue them so that they gave me the service, even after having paid 70% in advance. A super exhausting situation, chasing Roberto for months, even YEARS, to get him to comply with previously paid facilities. To date, it remains unfulfilled, I do not recommend ANYTHING.
