★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente es vergonzoso q t atiendan bien cuando vas a comprar varios metros de loseta, t invitan a sentarte y t atienden amablemente, pero cuando vas a comprar el material q t hace falta, q ya es poco son un tanto groseros, el dia d hoy pedí una caja d loseta y la señorita Erika m dijo q llegaba 4:30, llamé y m dijo q aún no llegaba y q ella me llamaría para avisarme en cuanto llegara, no recibí la llamada, volví a llamar y me dijeron q desde las 4:00 ya estaba mi caja d loseta, ya era tarde y quedé d ir el día d mañana, espero me la entreguen, puesto q el maestro necesita la loseta para terminar, sinceramente sólo espero me la entreguen y no vuelvo a comprar en ésta tienda, todos merecemos respeto!!
It really is embarrassing that they treat you well when you go to buy several meters of tile, they invite you to sit down and they treat you kindly, but when you go to buy the material that you need, that is not enough, they are a bit rude, today I asked for a box d tile and Miss Erika told me that she would arrive at 4:30, I called and she told me that she still hadn't arrived and that she would call me to let me know as soon as she arrived, I didn't receive the call, I called again and they told me that she had been there since 4:00 my tile box, it was already late and I agreed to go tomorrow, I hope they deliver it to me, since the teacher needs the tile to finish, honestly I just hope they deliver it to me and I will never buy in this store again, we all deserve respect !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, nos vendieron una refaccion usada y pedimos una tapas para WC, las cuales tuvimos que dejar sobre pedido, debido a que no hay en tienda, y la tapa que nos mostraron es diferente a la que nos entregaron. La que nos entregaron fue más sencilla
