Llevo comprando años aquí sin ninguna falla, pero esta última vez tardaron 3 meses en traer mis productos; el piso venía roto y la taza de baño viene parchada. PÉSIMO, no lo recomiendo... Terrible service. The ladies who attend are very rude, arrogant and have a terrible customer service. Too bad, as they have a wide range of products. I have been buying here for years without any failure, but this last time it took them 3 months to bring my products; the floor was broken and the toilet is patched. AWFUL, I don't recommend it ...

They denied me a purchase of 15m2 because they supposedly closed the store, which if I wanted to come tomorrow to pick it up and with my XK car they have a problem with the truck, terrible service and attitude of the lady who attended me.

Nosotros cumplimos con nuestra parte enviando la ubicación, lo que menos queremos los clientes es regaños que no nos corresponden. Se comprometieron a envío sin costo, y aún verificandolo con la tienda le cobro flete a la persona que recibió. La vendedora me explico que son repartidores externos. Lamentablemente la tienda no responde por el comportamiento de estás personas, el señor llegó agresivo y grosero. Queda mal la tienda, no el repartidor. No volvemos a comprar aquí. Y lastima por que la vendedora fue atenta y tienen buenos productos.
