★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experiencia, hable a la tienda para "CAMBIAR", unos bultos de adhesivo que había comprado con la vendedora Grisel López quien me indicó que para hacerme el CAMBIO tenía que dejarlos en la bodega, cosa que hice y regresar a tienda. Ya en la tienda me hicieron esperar por 2 HORAS!!!, para que pudiera pasar a la caja a pagar la diferencia y poder volver a la bodega a recoger el material, Cuando llego a la bodega están a punto de cerrar y los bultos que me entregan son de 10KG en lugar de 20KG. Hablé a la tienda y su explicación fue que yo debería saber que los bultos son de 10KG del nuevo Adhesivo, cuando fue ELLA MISMA!!!! quién me asesoró sobre la cantidad de material que debería comprar para los metros de piso!!!. La Gerente Cecilia Lozano también me dijo que yo debería de saber que son bultos de 10KG y para colmo, en la bodega me informaron que si hay de 20KG. Un """CAMBIO """" es por la misma cantidad de KG, se está cambiando la misma cantidad de material, no entiendo su lógica. La Gerente no me dio ninguna solución aceptable, ni siquiera una disculpa y NO me tomó la llamada después, ni se puso en contacto conmigo.

A "" "EXCHANGE" "" "is for the same amount of KG, the same amount of material is being exchanged, I do not understand their logic. The Manager did not give me any acceptable solution, not even an apology and did NOT take my call afterwards, he didn't even contact me.
