★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención al cliente es PESIMA, no hacen los servicios, dicen que harán las reparaciones y ni siquiera tocaron mi moto. Además me cobraron y ahora no me respetan lo que se supondría debería de ser garantía de su trabajo. CERO RECOMENDABLE.
The customer service is PESIMA, they do not do the services, they say they will do the repairs and they did not even touch my motorcycle. They also charged me and now they don't respect me what is supposed to be a guarantee of their work. ZERO RECOMMENDED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la atención al publico no es la mejor, el servicio es tardado, y no cambian piezas, ejemplo al llevar mi moto a servicio dice que le toca cambio de bujía y cuando la recojo no le cambian bujía, le comente que si habían cambiado la bujía y comentaron que no que solo la limpiaron, llego a mi domicilio y reviso la bujía y ni siquiera la habían limpiado. y el costo es un poco mas de lo que marca Vento en su pagina. 11/04/2022 segun dicen que se puede volver a ensuciar son escasos km de mi casa la taller no es para que se ensucie, ademas yo marque la bujia para ver si la quitaban y ni siquiera se movió de su lugar, yo he preferido perder mi garantia y llevar la moto a un taller donde realmente hacen lo que se tiene que hacer y tambien levante una queja en Vento y pues espero que se tomen medidas
the attention to the public is not the best, the service is slow, and they do not change parts, for example when taking my motorcycle to service it says that it is time to change the spark plug and when I pick it up they do not change the spark plug, I told him that if they had changed the spark plug and they commented that they just cleaned it, I came home and checked the spark plug and they hadn't even cleaned it. and the cost is a little more than what Vento marks on its page. 04/11/2022 according to what they say it can get dirty again a few km from my house the workshop is not for it to get dirty, also I checked the spark plug to see if they removed it and it did not even move from its place, I preferred lose my warranty and take the bike to a workshop where they really do what has to be done and I also filed a complaint with Vento and I hope that action is taken
