We loved this tour! It was spectacular! Our guide, Eric, was super friendly, and very knowledgeable. We loved every minute we spent with him!

Sho was super knowledgeable about the reserve and the heritage and habitats we were experiencing! The lunch was tasty buffet style! And the Mayan massage was awesome!(not an actual massage! Our tour with Sian Ka’an Boat Tours was truly phenomenal. I had the best day I’ve had in a long time! We got to see crocodiles, wild dolphins, a sea turtle, many fish on the reef, and so many beautiful birds. The whole day was perfect not only because all the amazing animals but because of Sian Ka’an Boat Tours. Everyone that was part of the tour from the booking agent, drivers, boat drivers, tour guide, to restaurant servers at Punta Allen were fantastic. They have a great crew and they made us feel so welcomed. I highly recommend this tour, we will be doing it again next time we are in Playa. Enjoy dolphins in their natural habitat and support a place that cares about out environment, I promise you won’t regret it!

Wow! This tour was incredible. Our guide was amazing, she knew so much about the wildlife and had an incredible eye for spotting animals in the wild. We saw a crocodile, so many birds, a large sea turtle, dolphins, and even a manatee! The snorkeling top notch. Even the food was great. Could not recommend this tour more! :)

Done sunday! We met some manatee, dolphin, turtle, and crocodile ! Our day was amazing and even more! Our guide was able to do the tour in french for us (she speak italian, french, spanish, english)! Thanks to Jessica for this unforgatable day!

First, the tour was advertised with "6 ppl per boat" - which was true, but there were two boats & only one guide. Second, our guide's English was... mediocre. We had trouble understanding lots of what she was saying. Third, the tour felt a bit like a pre-school excursion - you don't have to tell adults how to wear a scuba mask, or apply sunscreen several times. Fourth, it doesn't feel good to be prompted for tips 4 times during a $150 pP trip. The national park is very nice, though!

We enjoyed the tour a lot! Our guide, Horacio, provided us with so many interesting information during the tour. He was very fun guide and we laughed a lot during the trip. We managed to see many animals - a crocodile, turtles, manatees (which are very rare to see). We snorkelled on the reef as well while we saw many species of fish, even a baby shark and a stingray! Lunch at Punta Allen was delicious. This tour was worth the money and I'll remember it for the rest of my life. Thank you siankaatours.org for great experience!

I’m not recommending Sian Ka'an Deluxe Group Tour We expected more for the +$5,000 MXN we paid (2 people). Pick up and drop off was very good. I personally expected to go to the bridge to watch crocodiles. The tour guide was constantly commenting there was a festival in Tulum and rushed all companions to finish the activities fast (they made all activities, except crocodiles, but was very rushed on my opinion). Since we were a group of 9 and boats had a capacity for 6 people, the guide decided to go with the French speaking guest, but left 6 of us with no guide at all, only the boat driver. Drinks included was practically bottled water only. Dolphins were awesome, but I think we bothered them. Turtles were very pretty too. On the snorkel part we couldn’t see a great deal of coral reef. Me and my partner had some trouble in the trip and since the guide was with the other boat they did told us to come with them, but didn’t gave further instruction and just took off to snorkel without us. We felt left behind and were somewhat scared since it was rainy and couldn’t see clearly the rest of our group (there were other boats too). More information on local flora and fauna was missing, I love those facts, but all we got was “Mayan massage” (bumpy road joke) and stories about the people that had villas in this reserve. We would have liked to have more information on timings for the different activities, we felt very left on our own, only a signal was given when time was up, but with better communication we could have swam and walked to a little island instead of staying close to the boat on the natural pool part. Food was good, with a vegan option. The views where amazing, but I think we could have gotten there by ourselves and seek for a tour locally for much less.
