Pésimo servicio, 6 meses guardando mi xbox sin llamarme ni nada, espero no le hayan quitado partes. Este lugar NO es confiable.

Hace un mes me cambiaron una pila de mi ipad y me arruinaron las bocinas , van 5 veces que se las dejo y que la pieza que pensaban no es, dicen que abren a las 10 y llegan a las 11, se van a las 5, cero formales, no los recomiendo para nada

El 3 de mayo deje un celular porque se apagaba y me le hicieron un flasheo, diciéndome que si volvía a fallar lo llevara. Volvió a fallar igual y lo dejé el 7 de mayo me dijeron que lo iban a desarmar y revisar que era lo que fallaba, que se comunicaban conmigo. De ahí en adelante nunca me hablaban para decime en qué iba, si no iba yo cada dos semanas a preguntar, y cuando iba me decían excusas como: no es que estamos revisándolo, o estamos esperando las partes para repararlo Deje de ir tan frecuentemente y cuando volví la persona que me atendió no se acordaba de mi teléfono y eso que le enseñe el ticket que me dieron. Le pedí que me lo devolviera y me dijo que no lo tenía armado, volví a ir a la semana siguiente y me quiso dar otro celular y su excusa fue me confundí de celular y arme otro. Le dije que ya no le creía y que lo quería ver y me hicieron esperar “mientras lo armaban” La verdad es que es una falta de seriedad de su parte el no saber decir que no saben o qué no le están moviendo Muy decepcionado con este negocio.

I told him that I no longer believed him and that I wanted to see him and they made me wait "while they put it together" The truth is that it is a lack of seriousness on their part not knowing how to say that they do not know or what they are not moving. Very disappointed in this business.

Un iPad lo repararian en dos días y se extendió dos semanas y ni la pudieron arreglar. No hacen diagnóstico exacto y no dan información correcta de estimados al cliente. No los recomiendo.
