★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relativamente buena calidad de papel, si tienes cuidado de especificar muy a detalle en la orden de compra, si no te venden papel barato y no el que viste originalmente. La calidad del producto se ve extremadamente opacada por el pésimo servicio.
Son muy incumplidos, poco cuidadosos, nada formales, te hacen dar muchas vueltas para "recoger" tus productos y no tienen las cosas en tiempo, inventan pretextos para la falta de entrega y te tratan con una actitud prepotente y grosera. A pesar de que las invitaciones que mandamos a hacer no quedaron tan mal, no les daría jamas una segunda oportunidad.
Relatively good quality of paper, if you are careful to specify very detailed in the purchase order, if you do not sell cheap paper and not the one you saw originally. Product quality is extremely overshadowed by the lousy service.
They are very unfulfilled, not very careful, not formal, they make you go around a lot to "pick up" your products and they don't have things in time, they invent pretexts for the lack of delivery and they treat you with an arrogant and rude attitude. Although the invitations we sent to do were not so bad, I would never give them a second chance.
