The most disgusting sweet and sour chicken I have ever tasted, there was nothing sweet and sour about it, it was a lot of slimy vegetables with breaded chicken with no sweet and sour at all, I'll be lucky if I don't get food poisoning. I should have checked the comments here before buying because I see that I was not the only one. How awful.

The truth is that I am disappointed, I dialed the 4 numbers on their flyer and they only responded to one, and when they did, they left me on the line for just over 10 minutes. when they finally take my order they sell me the sirasha sauce separately, which they do nowhere else! And after 1 hour they deliver the order to me and without it, but if the payment is made, how bad they lose a client, hopefully they improve in that aspect.

I ordered a sushi and a rice, from a brochure that they sent me with other prices. I wanted to give the opportunity to a business like yours but since I dialed to place my order, I knew that something would go wrong ... the very attentive and somewhat embarrassed lady (hopefully she is not the owner) explained to me that the displayed prices were different to the real ones. Nothing happens, continue with my order. He specified that as it appears in the brochure, the shipping cost is $ 15, nothing happens. And that the delivery time would be 45 minutes, nothing happens, I was not starving. Well, I'm not lying: an hour and 38 minutes later arrived, the shipment does not include a tip for the delivery man and I asked him how they were doing. The delivery man told me that they were breaking in a few words, he never apologized or showed regret for the delivery time (nothing happens bro, I know it's probably not your fault, in fact I liked him hehe) and I felt a little bad for the situation. It is unfortunate that small businesses go bankrupt. The most unfortunate thing about these stories is you, owner of Pixie food or Pixie sushi (decide what you are going to call yourself) because, even though the rice was cold and the box was crushed, the taste was quite good and the sushi was actually breaded. It was breaded just the way I like it, it's probably one of the best I've ever had and I'm serious. These comments and the rating can be improved, but your reputation on networks like Google is everything and you are turning your back. People only leave their opinion to congratulate or to ruin your profile with a single star and you are not minding lying and offering a mediocre and deceptive service. And expensive, honestly $ 160 for a small rice, a breaded sushi more than an hour and a half afternoon and without tip speaks badly of the business structure you are carrying out. What a lack of leadership and what a pity for your staff if you end up having to liquidate them for your bad practices and lack of leadership.
