El Sr. Gregorio me dio un PÉSIMO servicio, una vez que hice mi anticipo del 70% se tardaron 3 semanas en tenerlo listo y eso con presión de mi parte, después me daban largas y mentían diciendo que ya lo habían embarcado. Una semana después, por fin me contestaron el teléfono y me comentan que ahora sí lo mandaban por el transporte que ESPECIFICAMENTE LES PEDÍ QUE NO LO MANDARAN. Osea en general horrible, llegó rota e inutilizable la mercancía y para colmo, la fletera no se hizo responsable y MENOS Pizarrones Cervantes.
Please find someone else to make blackboards. Mr. Gregorio gave me a terrible service, once I made my 70% advance it took 3 weeks to have it ready and that with pressure on my part, then they gave me long and lied saying that they had already shipped it. A week later, they finally answered the phone and told me that now they did send it by transport that I SPECIFICALLY ASKED THEM NOT TO SEND IT. Bone in general horrible, the merchandise arrived broken and unusable and to top it off, the freight forwarder was not responsible and LESS Pizarrones Cervantes.
