Llegue 5 min antes y estaban mis pizzas marcadas con el número indicado y disponían a entregarlas a alguien más.por curiosidad pregunté si no eran las mías y me dijeron que si pero el Sr estaba esperando. Le exique a la joven que yo había ordenado por teléfono con más tiempo de anticipación y solo dijo. Ahorita salen las suyas y que le grita al de cocina ponme ocho más. Solo pudieron decir una disculpa , ahorita salen. No valen queso. Por qué no mejor dicen por teléfono que no se puede si van hacer eso. Me hicieron esperar el doble.
Terrible experience. I phoned in advance to order several pizzas and we agreed on an exact time to arrive. I arrived 5 minutes before and my pizzas were marked with the indicated number and they were about to deliver them to someone else. Out of curiosity I asked if they weren't mine and they told me yes, but Mr. was waiting. I demanded from the young woman that I had ordered by phone with more time in advance and she only said. Right now hers come out and she yells at the kitchen man, give me eight more. They could only say an apology, now they leave. They are not worth cheese. Why not say on the phone that it is not possible if they are going to do that. They made me wait twice as long.
