Ok, entiendo que su forma de trabajo es solo para llevar, pero un par de mesas o sillas y un sanitario, que ésto último es básico en cualquier local comercial de comida, para mayor comodidad de sus clientes, hablaría mejor de su atención.
Ahora, me gustaría que alguien me explique, ¿a partir de cuándo se deja de dar bolsitas de salsa picante y salsa catsup en la compra de una pizza? Eso es esencial. Si quisiera comerla en un parque con mi familia, tendría que llevar estos artilugios por mi cuenta.
En lo personal, me dejaron mucho que desear, y me hacen buscar otra opción de servicio.
 They left a lot to be desired with regards to service. Ok, I understand that your way of working is just to go, but a couple of tables or chairs and a toilet, which is basic in any commercial food establishment, for the convenience of your customers, would speak better of your attention.
Now, I would like someone to explain to me, from when do you stop giving sachets of hot sauce and ketchup sauce when buying a pizza? That is essential. If I wanted to eat it in a park with my family, I would have to carry these gadgets by myself.
Personally, they left me a lot to be desired, and make me look for another service option.

And if you ask for extra sauce, sometimes they just give you a small container of it, instead of putting it on the pizza before baking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have ordered pizza online a couple times and they just don't deliver it. We used to order online but recently we have been forced to skip dinner due to this situation.
When contacting call center,they just hang the call. Wouldn't encourage anyone to order online or via call center.
