★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is 6 mins away from where I am staying on paseo de la Reforma, it is amazing how many people do not know where the plaza suites is located. I was on the phone for 15 mins.trying to tell this guy that I am very close, he didn't even seem to know where paseo de la Reforma was. This is a major tourist area, I called so many places that we're less than a mile away only to be told that it's too far to deliver, unbelievable. How are tourist supposed to come here if you can't even get delivery. So disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Closest type of service to american, I don't have to try because I'm getting paid any way, service. Pizza was flavorless and they gave less napkins than paper plates. Asked for extra sauce and they said they ran out. What kind of pizza place runs out of pizza sauce? Only giving two stars because of the value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crikey. One of the more depressing places to sit in and eat, but the deals are pretty good. In UK, pizza hut have made an effort to make their restaurants inviting and comfortable. Here sadly, it feels more like a motorway service station. Nobody smiles, there's depressing music playing, and wrestling on TV (muted). A family of four digs into a large pizza on the next table while we polish off a similar quantity among the two of us.... Whoops!

I ordered on Rappi, they accepted the order and my Rappi arrived there on time. They told him it’s going to take 15’ more than expected.
40’ later they told him that they don’t have any orders. After he he called Rappi support, the restaurant said they made a mistake.
The order arrived 1h and 52’ later (!) the pizza was cold, the drink was wrong, and the restaurant didn’t even think to add something extra to say sorry.
Pizza Hut at its worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here twice. Both times they got my order wrong. This time I asked for italian sausage with bacon. ?. They gave me my pizza with italian and ham instead.
I told the front cashier lady. The manager was there so I showed him. He went in the back and returned with a slice of ham. He said this is ham and that on your pizza is bacon.
Does it look like bacon to you in the picture. Look like cubes of ham.
Will not return to this place again.
