★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They made the WRONG order. Would not exchange, refund or replace their mistake. Customer service is NOT a priority there. They then laughed at us, because we couldn't speak the language fluently. We will not ever go back to Pizza Hut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a pizza and it was the wrong order. They told me I had to take the pizza or buy another one. No options to help were given even though they made the wrong pizza. Also, did not like being laughed at because of my language barrier. I understand Spanish but cannot speak very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty regular in terms of pizza. Most of the menu was in English which is nice for tourists. We got a great deal with 2 large pizzas, an order of bread sticks and an order of a dessert on the same platter for about $300 MX. The cheese pizza had cream cheese instead of traditional red sauce but still good. I was impressed that the bread sticks came with red sauce because I have been other places in Mexico where they did not. Great experience overall and first time at Pizza Hut in Mx
