★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayer pedimos una pizza vía online (8:40pm) alos 15 min me llega un correo en donde se cancela la orden ...llame a la sucursal de plaza Tepeyac y me volvieron a tomar la orden (9:10pm ) me dijeron que en 30 min ... Ya eran las 10 y la pizza nunca llegó y nunca respondieron el teléfono......??pésimo servicio ??
Yesterday we ordered a pizza online (8:40 pm) 15 minutes later I received an email where the order was cancelled... I called the Tepeyac plaza branch and they took my order again (9:10 pm) they told me that in 30 min... It was already 10 o'clock and the pizza never came and they never answered the phone......?? lousy service ??

45 minutes to deliver a medium pizza, and they had no customers really waiting for attention from the turnip, not recommended at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comer en este lugar es como experimentar la vibra de estudiantes de preparatoria jugando al restaurante. Tenía que gritarle al chico que me estaba tomando la orden y al final la pizza estaba meh, un pastor que parecía carne congelada vieja y sabia a todo menos a pastor. He tenido buenas experiencias con otros Pizza Hut, pero este queda descartado. No vuelvo a ir.
Eating at this place is like experiencing the vibe of high school students playing restaurant. I had to yell at the boy who was taking my order and in the end the pizza was meh, a shepherd who looked like old frozen meat and tasted like everything except shepherd. I have had good experiences with other Pizza Huts, but this one is out. I will not go again.
