★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí a la sucursal personalmente para comprar una mediana de 2 ingredientes de 99 pesos. Pagué con tarjeta de crédito y al salir del establecimiento para esperar mi orden, dos clientes llegaron sin cubrebocas y pidieron poder ordenar. Se les dio acceso sin respetar la norma covid sobre cubrebocas en establecimientos además de que no solo pasó una persona sino dos. Una pareja joven de 20 años aproximadamente y eso no me agradó nada. Esperé a que ordenaran y entré para cancelar la orden. Me regresaron mi pago en efectivo y ni una disculpa ofrecieron. No pediré pizza de nuevo hasta que las medidas se acaten o se endurezcan. Lamento mucho escribir ésta reseña ya que soy cliente de toda la vida :( Pero no queremos morir de Covid o caer en el hospital por una medida mal tomada de parte de una empresa internacional.
I went to the branch personally to buy a median of 2 ingredients for 99 pesos. I paid by credit card and when I left the establishment to wait for my order, two customers arrived without masks and asked to order. They were given access without respecting the covid norm on face masks in establishments, in addition to not only one person but two. A young couple of about 20 years old and I did not like that at all. I waited for them to order and went in to cancel the order. They returned my payment in cash and not an apology was offered. I will not order pizza again until measurements are met or hardened. I am very sorry to write this review since I am a lifelong customer :( But we do not want to die from Covid or fall into the hospital due to a bad measure taken by an international company.

Very late service. Employees are in everything except their work. There should be a little more order. On the other hand the pizza there is good.

Terrible home delivery, it took almost two hours to deliver my order. I dialed three times and they told me that it would arrive in 10 minutes. The pizza arrived cold. Seeing the other reviews, for the next I ask from another branch. ??
