Ante una queja, supuestamente iban a compensar el mal servicio ( un solo mesero 'mil usos' que nos llevó los alimentos fríos a la mesa), sin embargo todo es una bola de contradicciones y 'peros' entre el community manager de Pizza Hut México en FB y el subgerente de la sucursal. Afortunadamente es clara la decadencia de ese lugar, y no falta mucho para que termine de quebrar.
 The worst service. In the face of a complaint, they were supposed to compensate for the bad service (a single waiter 'a thousand uses' who brought us cold food to the table), however everything is a ball of contradictions and 'buts' between the community manager of Pizza Hut Mexico on FB and the deputy manager of the branch. Fortunately, the decadence of that place is clear, and it won't be long before it ends up breaking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio no tienen tacto para atenderte y te ofrecen la carta completa y al aser ti pedido siempre tiene algún pero y esperams alrededor de una hora para poder recibir la pizza y ni siquiera era lo q pedimos aparte no te regresan tu dinero integro al regresar el producto xq no era lo q pedimos y solicitamos ka devolución de nuestro dinero y salieron con q no ns podían rembolsar todo xq la horden ya se avía entregado y el trato es muy malo y pides q te limpien la mesa y no lo asen pides algo para limpiar tu tu mesa y te dan una toalla de papel de mala gana no lo recomiendo

Terrible service they don't have tact to serve you and they offer you the complete menu and when you order you always have some but and we wait about an hour to receive the pizza and it wasn't even what we asked for separately they don't return your full money when you return the product because it was not what we asked for and we requested a refund of our money and they came out with the fact that they could not refund everything because the horde had already been delivered and the treatment is very bad and you ask that they clean the table and they do not roast it you ask for something to clean your table and give you a paper towel reluctantly I do not recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace un par de años el servicio era pésimo deplorable, en aquella ocasión estuvimos esperando más de 1 hora en recibir la pizza y al terminar más de 20 minutos a que nos cobraran. Estuvimos a punto de irnos sin pagar, y por lo visto ahora cobran inmediato a pedir la orden, por lo que pienso que hubo quien si tuvo el valor de hacerlo. El servicio el día de hoy ha mejorado, el sabor sigue siendo bueno y la atención mejoro considerablemente.
A couple of years ago the service was deplorable, on that occasion we were waiting more than 1 hour to receive the pizza and at the end more than 20 minutes to be charged. We were about to leave without paying, and apparently now they charge immediately upon requesting the order, so I think there were those who had the courage to do so. The service today has improved, the taste is still good and the attention has improved considerably.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí una pizza rellena de queso en la parrilla y me dieron pura masa no tiene sabor el que cobro me cobró 200 pesos de más es el peor lugar para comer está horrible todo el personal parece que te hacen un favor pésimo pésimo
E comido en otras sucursales y siempre calidad este es el peor lugar de todos
I ordered a pizza stuffed with cheese on the grill and they gave me pure dough it has no flavor the one I charge charged me 200 pesos more it is the worst place to eat it is horrible all the staff seem to be doing you a terrible favor terrible
I have eaten in other branches and always quality this is the worst place of all
