★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pizza and the chicken wings came uncooked, we ask to cook the wings a little more and the wings came back the same way, we ask for more napkins cause they gave us just a couple, and they gave us only a few more saying they were not allowed to give more. (Whaaat).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give these guys negative stars.. ordered pizza online.. got confirmation email.. waited for 1.5 hours.. no pizza.. contacted them 3 times.. got put on hold every time for more than 10 minutes.. never saw such worst customer service.. the overall rating does justify why they have been rated so poorly by everyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is great especially by a woman named Rufina who was very helpful and kind. Pizzas are flavorful and hot as it should always be. They also have hibiscus juice (agua de jamaica) and horchata water. Both flavors are recommendable and Delicious

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm being really generous by giving this restaurant a one star. Came here with my family in March 2020 and still upset about the service. The waitress was just awful. She had either had no customer service skills or just didn't care. Not once did she voluntarily come to our table to serve us to check on us. We had to flag her down when we wanted to order, when we needed napkins, needed drinks. She spent 99% of her time with her head down on the desk where the cash register is or talking to her coworkers. Will never return
