★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hicimos un pedido por la aplicación y supuestamente en 20 min llegaba, 8 20 hora de llegada, 8 30, 8 40 dice mi esposo voy a hablar a ver que paso... Cancelamos su pedido por que puso mal la dirección y el repartidor no la encontró ??? QUÉ!? entramos a la app y la dirección estaba correcta y completa ?? les habló el repartidor y no contestaron, ajá! Desde un número todo raro que no era local, obvio no conteste... Y ahora que procede? Volver a hacer el pedido y esperar otra media hora ??? y para colmo son bieeen leeentos tomando el pedido, no entienden nada de lo que les dices. Mi familia muerta de hambre y todavía tener que esperar más!!! Horrible servicio, siempre pedimos Domino's pizza y ningún problema, solo porque mi hijo quería probar estas pizzas si no lo cancelaba.
We placed an order through the application and supposedly in 20 minutes it arrived, 8 20 arrival time, 8 30, 8 40 my husband says I'll talk to see what happened... We canceled his order because he put the address wrong and the delivery man did not found her ??? WHAT!? We entered the app and the address was correct and complete ?? the delivery man spoke to them and they did not answer, aha! From a strange number that was not local, obviously did not answer... And now what happens? Make the order again and wait another half hour ??? and to top it off they are sooo slow taking the order, they don't understand anything you say to them. My family starving and still have to wait more!!! Horrible service, we always order Domino's pizza and no problem, only because my son wanted to try these pizzas if I didn't cancel it.
