★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy tardado y atienden las órdenes como les viene en gana , la.mia estaba 4 lugares adelante y salieron primero las que venían atrás , el personal no tiene orden al atender ,se les pregunta por la orden y ni voltean a ver al cliente, no sé si sea en todas las sucursales pero al menos en la del centro de madero mal servicio.
The service is very time consuming and they attend to orders as they please, la.mia was 4 places ahead and those who came behind came first, the staff has no order to attend, they are asked for the order and they do not even turn to see the client, I don't know if it is in all the branches but at least in the one of the center of wood bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la cajera super grosera, cero tolerantes las chicas que despachan y aparte abusivas, me ofrecieron un paquete extra en una promoción y solo me dieron el que yo pedí. El extra llegó dos horas y media después a casa porque cuando lo reporté, me colgaron y tardó en llegar ese tiempo. Pésimo servicio porque no es la primera vez que pasa.
Terrible service, super rude cashier, zero tolerant girls who dispatch and apart from abusive, they offered me an extra package in a promotion and they only gave me the one I asked for. The extra arrived two and a half hours later at home because when I reported it, they hung up on me and it took that long to arrive. Terrible service because it is not the first time it happens.
