Terrible service, my pizza took more than two hours to arrive ? and it arrived cold and with a bad taste, I ordered it from there because it was recommended by didi but I will not buy a pizza there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casi las 2 hrs para la entrega, nos comunicamos para dar seguimiento, solo mencionaron que el repartidor no dio con el domicilio, la volvieron a enviar proporcionando señas mas especificas del domicilio, sin embargo la pizza llego fría, no tibia, fría lo que es fría!!!!!!!!! aun cuando se le indico a la operadora la preocupación que después de tanto tiempo ya estuviera fría, a lo que nos contesto que no nos preocupáramos. Es una lastima porque ya habíamos comprado ahí y nos había gustado.
Almost 2 hours for delivery, we contacted to follow up, they only mentioned that the delivery man did not find the address, they sent it again providing more specific address, however the pizza arrived cold, not warm, cold what it is cold !!!!!!!!! even when the operator was told the concern that after so long it was already cold, to which she told us not to worry. It's a shame because we had already bought there and we liked it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi una pizza, a las 8:09 me llamaron a las 8:51 para hubicar al repartidor, y después más de 1 hora esperando la pinché pizza, jamas llego, llamo a las 9:34 para ver que paso y me dicen que me llamaron sin éxito, y que no me entregarían, en verdad es super molesto xk espere más de 1 hora cero recomendado
I ordered a pizza, at 8:09 they called me at 8:51 to find the delivery man, and after more than 1 hour waiting I punctured the pizza, it never arrived, I call at 9:34 to see what happened and they tell me that They called without success, and they would not deliver me, it really is super annoying xk wait more than 1 hour zero recommended

La pizza tardo 2 horas en llegar.
Llego súper fría y como se muestra en la imagen. Toda revocalcada por ningún lado.
Marcamos a sucursal y solo nos decían que en 10m llegaba, y nunca fue asi.
Llego a las 2 horas y en pésimas condiciones.
¡NO LO RECOMIENDO EN LO ABSOLUTO!

I arrive super cold and as shown in the image. All plastered by nowhere.
We marked a branch and they only told us that it would arrive in 10m, and it was never like that.
I arrive at 2 hours and in terrible condition.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, dura horas en llegar son las 3:50 y pedi la mia hace 1 hora o mas, no es nada recomendable comprar aqui, harian un gran favor si cerraran a esta sucursal o despedir a los empleados. MAAAAL.
Terrible service, it takes hours to arrive, it's 3:50 and I ordered mine 1 hour ago or more, it is not advisable to buy here, they would do a great favor if they closed this branch or fired the employees. MAAAAL.
