★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sus pizzas son muy buenas y a excelente precio, pero tienen un seeerio problema para entregar sus pedidos, dos veces han tardado más de los 40 minutos prometidos, y la primera hasta se equivocaron de pizza tuvimos que esperar los primeros 40 y luego otros 50 para que el repartidor fuera por la pizza correcta. ¡Deben mejorar eso!
Their pizzas are very good and at an excellent price, but they have a serious problem to deliver their orders, twice they have taken more than the promised 40 minutes, and the first time they even got the pizza wrong we had to wait the first 40 and then another 50 for The delivery man went for the right pizza. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta, la comida es buena, sin embargo la atención no es tan buena que digamos, el cambio de personal no fue bueno, pues las personas que atienden o a veces te antienden con flojera, como si no quisieran estar ahí, entiendo que es tedioso el trabajo (creo yo) pero el cliente no tiene la culpa de cómo te sientas.
I like it, the food is good, however the service is not so good, let's say, the change of personnel was not good, because the people who attend or sometimes treat you lazily, as if they did not want to be there, I understand that it is tedious work (I think) but the client is not to blame for how you feel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se merecen ni una sola estrella, ayer hice un pedido por Didi la App me dijo que la tienda me iba a repartir directo como nadie llegaba llame y me dijeron que segun ya iba en camino y nada! Pasaban los minutos y hora y nada mande otro mensaje y nada , volví a llamar ya no me contestaban, y la pizza Nunca llegó!!! Son Rateros!!! Leí miles de comentarios que entregan siempre super tarde entre una hora y hora y media, pero a mi de plano Nunca me llego!!! Ya no siquiera pude probar para si es buena o mala y masuda como dicen los comentarios, era la 1ra vez que pedía ahí y evidentemente la última!!! Pues te roban tu dinero! Ya que la pizza me la cargaron en la App y la tienda no me regreso mi dinero, se lo Robaron!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención al cliente es pésima perdón si la persona está estresada por su trabajo pero entonces que hace ahí sino sabe, atender o tiene la forma de atención al cliente, fue su empleado de lente no se su nombre peor si lees esto mejor cambia de trabajo, la neta no la armas en atención a cliente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy 12 de junio realicé en pedido a las 9:29 PM (ID Terminación 81508), según se entregaría a las 10:24 PM aprox...... Nunca recibí pedido, el estatus siempre marcaba el pedido...... Esperé hasta las 11.... a las 11:40 PM cambió el status a pedido completado!!!!!!. Requiero explicación y solución al respecto.
Mandé mensajes en la app y nunca contestaron. Tengo capturas de pantalla de lo escrito aquí.
Actualización... El pedido se recibió a las 12:16 am. Se sugiere cuidar más la comunicación en la app, para saber si se entregará o no
Today June 12 I placed an order at 9:29 PM (Completion ID 81508), as it would be delivered at 10:24 PM approx ...... I never received an order, the status always marked the order ..... I waited until 11 ... at 11:40 PM it changed the status to order completed !!!!!! I require explanation and solution in this regard.

Update ... The order was received at 12:16 am. It is suggested to take more care of the communication in the app, to know if it will be delivered or not

Estaba mala! Neta no tenía sabor y yo soy de comer mucho en esa franquicia, por eso se que esa estaba mala.
Quizá fue la sucursal.
