★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiempo de espera muy largo a pesar de no haber más clientes, los empleados no usan el cubrebocas correctamente o se lo quitan, & el pollo sin sabor (lo único que le dio sabor fue una única catsup que me dieron).
Mal servicio en general
 Very long waiting time despite no more customers, the employees do not use the mask correctly or take it off, & the chicken without flavor (the only thing that gave it flavor was a single ketchup that they gave me).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De las peores pizzas de Tulancingo! Estuvieron presionando para que comprara una pizza que no fuera la sencilla, me convencieron, pedí la que tiene "orilla de queso". Total era pura masa echa bola. Me sentí estafado. NO RECOMIENDO ESTA PIZZERIA!!! Mejor vayan a SABORÍZZIMA, a lado del Burger King, esa sí esta buena :)
One of the worst pizzas in Tulancingo! They were pressuring me to buy a pizza that was not the simple one, they convinced me, I ordered the one with the "cheese edge". Total was pure dough rolled. I felt ripped off. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PIZZERIA !!! Better go to SABORÍZZIMA, next to Burger King, that one is good :)

Nothing to do with what the pizzas were when they opened! To the branch that I was very very dirty, the girl who attended me was very rude... and the pizza left a lot to be desired

The most horrible burgers I've ever had, burnt, the tasteless chicken, the horrible fries, they take forever ... I don't recommend it at all. I got a stomach infection, don't go if you don't want to feel bad ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En la sucursal de Medias Tierras, solía pasar por mi pizza ya encargada previamente para economizar tiempo, pero al parecer cambiaron de personal y ahora ya no aceptan esta manera de compra, se muestran poco accesibles, con cero empatía.
At the Medias Tierras branch, I used to go through my previously ordered pizza to save time, but apparently they changed staff and now they no longer accept this way of purchasing, they are not very accessible, with zero empathy.
