★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha avaliação, é referente aos pedidos anteriores! Hoje, pedi e veio bastante queimada... mais de 70% da pizza ? foi perdida. Não liguei pra reclamar, pois a atendente parecia estar mais perdida do cego em tiroteio e acredito que não resolveria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na minha opinião, melhor pizza custo benefício. Muito boa mesmo. Muito bem recheada. Não é enjoativa. Bem montada. Forno a lenha real. O espaço físico não é muito aconchegante, mas em tempos de pandemia é só pedir delivery ou buscar no local. Recomendo!
In my opinion, best cost-effective pizza. Very good indeed. Very well stuffed. It is not nauseating. Well assembled. Real wood oven. The physical space is not very cozy, but in times of pandemic, just ask for delivery or pick up at the place. I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não foi das melhores, tive excelentes recomendações porém a pizza chegou após 1h20m do pedido feito no próprio estabelecimento numa segunda-feira, fria e com péssima aparência para uma pizza portuguesa. Ao ligar e perguntar a mesma pessoa que me atendeu pessoalmente disse que era só assar pois a pizza estava pré-assada, lembrando que meu pedido foi feito na loja por uma pizza ASSADA. Em relação às esfihas só posso elogiar, excelentes, quentinhas e saborosas.
Unfortunately it was not the best, I had excellent recommendations but the pizza arrived after 1h20m of the order made at the establishment on a Monday, cold and with a terrible appearance for a Portuguese pizza. When calling and asking the same person who answered me personally said that it was only to bake because the pizza was pre-baked, remembering that my order was placed in the store for a BAKED pizza. Regarding esfihas, I can only praise them, excellent, warm and tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A qualidade caiu bastante, comprava sempre mas já escolhi outro estabelecimento. Péssimo atendimento, pizza queimada, massa crua, fiz um pedido de uma pizza no estabelecimento e ela veio totalmente diferente do que era no cardápio, esfiha queimada e faltando, não resolveram meu problema.
The quality dropped a lot, I always bought but I have already chosen another establishment. Poor service, burnt pizza, raw dough, I ordered a pizza at the establishment and it came totally different from what was on the menu, burnt esfiha and missing, they didn't solve my problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, atendimento pior que péssimo, me cobraram pela esfiha mas me informaram 20 min Após o pedido que não tinha o material para fazer. O atendente não entendeu quando eu disse várias vezes que queria cancelar a esfiha do sabor que eles não tinha, então pedi apenas 2 de morango mas quando cheguei em casa era duas de brigadeiro. Tudo ruim, um exemplo de como não se deve trabalhar. Resumindo Frustração.
Terrible experience, service worse than terrible, they charged me for the esfiha but informed me 20 minutes after the request that they didn't have the material to do. The attendant didn't understand when I said several times that I wanted to cancel the sfiha of the flavor they didn't have, so I only ordered 2 strawberries but when I got home it was 2 brigadeiro. All bad, an example of how not to work. In short Frustration.

Realizei o pedido e fui informado de que entregava em meu bairro , esperei 1 h e meu pedido não havia chegado , liguei e disseram que meu pedido tinha acabado de sair para entrega, depois de mais 1 h esperando a entrega chegar liguei de novo , ou seja , fiquei 2 h esperando para me falarem que não entregavam em meu bairro e ficou por isso mesmo , não ligaram nem para dar uma satisfação. Ridículo isso! Não merece nem uma estrela!
Totally no communication between employees. I placed the order and was informed that it was delivered to my neighborhood, I waited 1 h and my order had not arrived, I called and they said that my order had just left for delivery, after another 1 h waiting for delivery to arrive I called again, that is , I waited 2 hours to be told that they didn't deliver to my neighborhood and that's it, they didn't even call to give a satisfaction. Ridiculous it! It doesn't even deserve a star!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dando uma estrela porque não tem como dar 0 ou negativo. Nem dá pra chamar de alimento as esfihas que pedimos em 31/03. Massa crua e com gosto e cheiro de azeda, o recheio só tinha pimenta do reino, claramente velho e ressecado, 7 esfihas direto pro lixo, impossível que vendem algo tão ruim como isso!
Giving one star because there is no way to give 0 or negative. You can't even call the esfihas we ordered on 03/31. Raw pasta with a sour taste and smell, the filling only had black pepper, clearly old and dry, 7 esfihas straight to the trash, impossible to sell something as bad as that!
