Although they charge you more than what it says in the letter.
And they don't give you a note / ticket detailing what you asked for!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida es aceptable, el personal amable pero no había agua en los sanitarios de damas y no tenían disponible nada de la barra de postres, espero arreglen eso.
The food is acceptable, the staff friendly but there was no water in the ladies' toilets and they had nothing available from the dessert bar, I hope they fix that.
