Mi experiencia: fui a comer y pedí unas papas las cuales estaban frías, las consumí y están muy duras como si tuvieran bastante días y al devolverlas el chico solo se quedó viendo y le dije amablemente que si me las podía cambiar por otras por que estaban muy duras y sabían extraño y probó algunas de la charola y dijo que para el estaban bien y me las iba a cambiar de esa charola y le dije que mejor me regresa el dinero y dijo que no se podía supungo que porque se las cobran a ellos o no se. Pero se quedó así y no me supo dar una solución. Lo único bueno de esa experiencia fue la mesera que llevó una pizza que fue muy amable. Pero aún así no recomiendo el lugar. A bad place, apart from the fact that prices went up, customer service is slow and inefficient. My experience: I went to eat and asked for some potatoes which were cold, I consumed them and they are very hard as if they had enough days and when I returned them the boy just stared and I kindly told him that if I could change them for others because they were very hard and they knew strange and tried some of the tray and said that for him they were fine and I was going to change them from that tray and I told him that the money better returns to me and he said that it could not be assumed that because they are charged to them or I do not know. But he stayed that way and he didn't know how to give me a solution. The only good thing about that experience was the waitress who brought a pizza that was very friendly. But still I do not recommend the place.
