Llamé a la hora 15 minutos y me contestaron lo mismo que estaba en camino pero nunca ofrecieron una disculpa por el retraso. I placed an order and they told me it took 45 minutes, I accepted and after the time I called again for the order, they only told me that it was already on its way. I called at 15 minutes and they answered the same thing that I was on the way but they never offered an apology for the delay.

My order arrived after an hour and a half, the pizza all good but the truth if they have a lot of work should be honest and tell the customer that they could take longer than normal and not (40min).
