The attention is good, the preparation time is acceptable. Unfortunately I have had very bad experiences with the products, I always order pizza without a specific ingredient since we are allergic to it, and they always add it. They should review their notes well when preparing and submitting. It is not the first time we have this experience, their products are very good, but this time it seems to me in a very bad way that something that was specified is delivered. I hope they improve the attention of the orders, we have not consumed the products when they are delivered to us like this since they only remove the ingredient and deliver it again like this, when it is specified that the person is allergic. We would not like to stop being customers since we really like your pizza, but please, improve that attention since any day an accident can happen if people do not verify what they eat.

The pizza is very rich. But lousy customer service, they reluctantly attend you and confuse orders and tell you that they scored well when it is not so and they want to give you the pizza that they have despite not having ordered it. At the moment of charging they ignore people (they spend their time talking among themselves). And the potatoes I ordered were plain, when I had ordered them prepared, and they still charged me at the price of prepared potatoes.

The pizza still has the same flavor but the customer service is terrible. They confuse orders, they get upset if they don't buy what they want. Affirming that it is what you asked for. When I picked up my order, there were more customers complaining about their order.
