E	Estephanie Soto Ortiz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde hace más de 10 años conozco estas pizzas (me gustaba ir a la sucursal de Balbuena y luego encontré la de Coapa), eran de mis favoritas, pero por varias razones NO LAS VOLVERÍA A COMER: 1) No mantienen la calidad. 2) La última vez que pedí en esta sucursal el servicio fue PÉSIMO. A pesar de ser cliente frecuente y de estar en plena pandemia, me dijeron que prácticamente no volviera a pedir a domicilio porque no cubrían el área en donde vivo; estoy a 10 min. de su restaurante y en varias ocasiones he pedido así sin problema, la diferencia fue que ME ATENDIÓ LA DUEÑA del lugar y fue el PEOR trato. Ella estaba muy enojada porque no encontraba mi casa y casi me tira la pizza al piso por su enojo. 3) De las veces que pedí a domicilio se tardaban demasiado. Llegué a esperar más de 2 horas y aún así les tenía fe, pero en vez de mejorar han empeorado. 4) De las últimas veces que pedí pizza con ellos me salió una liga (como con las que envuelven el queso quiero pensar). Si le llega a tocar algo así a un niño sería algo FATAL. Eso sin mencionar la falta de higiene. En resumen, solía comer sus pizzas porque eran una bonita tradición familiar, antes las hacían ricas y cuidaban más la calidad, pero han ido en declive. Lo que me abrió los ojos para no volverlas a pedir fue el horrible trato por parte de la dueña. For more than 10 years I have known these pizzas (I liked going to the Balbuena branch and then I found the one in Coapa), they were one of my favorites, but for various reasons I WOULD NOT EAT THEM AGAIN: 1) They don't maintain quality. 2) The last time I asked at this branch the service was AWFUL. Despite being a frequent customer and being in the midst of a pandemic, they told me to practically never order at home again because they did not cover the area where I live; I'm 10 min. of your restaurant and on several occasions I have asked like this without problem, the difference was that THE OWNER of the place TAKEN CARE OF ME and it was the WORST treatment. She was very angry because I could not find my house and she almost threw the pizza on the floor because of her anger. 3) Of the times I ordered at home, they took too long. I waited more than 2 hours and I still had faith in them, but instead of getting better they have gotten worse. 4) The last times I ordered pizza with them, I got a league (like the ones that wrap cheese I want to think). If something like this happens to a child, it would be FATAL. Not to mention the lack of hygiene. In short, I used to eat their pizzas because they were a beautiful family tradition, before they made them delicious and took more care of quality, but they have been in decline. What opened my eyes not to ask for them again was the horrible treatment by the owner.

Le doy una estrella porque pedí pizza mediana y mas que mediana me llego individual, un poco mas grande que la individual pero no pizza mediana a la que estamos acostumbrados. The pizza tastes great. I give it a star because I ordered medium pizza and more than medium I got individual, a little bigger than the individual but not the medium pizza we are used to.

L	Leticia Osorio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que tenga memoria soy clienta de las Pizzas La torre sucursal Balbuena y es una verdadera lástima que la sucursal de Coapa eche a perder todo lo bueno de Balbuena, me dieron la pizza completamente quemada, el baño estaba sucio y mojado y no había agua y la hija de una de las empleadas se acercó a mi mesa y de la nada le jalo el cabello a mi nieto! Que manera de echar a perder el buen prestigio de Balbuena. Jamás vuelvo a ir ahí! As long as I can remember, I have been a client of the Pizzas La Torre branch Balbuena and it is a real pity that the branch of Coapa spoils all the good things about Balbuena, they gave me the pizza completely burned, the bathroom was dirty and wet and there was no water and the daughter of one of the employees came to my table and out of nowhere I pulled my grandson's hair! What a way to spoil the good reputation of Balbuena. I will never go there again!
