★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo que no puedo dar un cero estrellas, el día 1 de mayo quería una pizza, me comunique a 2 teléfonos que tienen en su face y en uno que comienza con 26 me dijeron que me llamarían en unos minutos para pedir mi orden, no sin decirme que mi pedido iba a tener un costo de 50 pesos por el envío siendo que estamos en la misma colonia, pa pronto es hora ( un día después) que no se comunican conmigo, ja moriré de hambre por ellos
I think I can not give a zero star, on May 1 I wanted a pizza, I contacted 2 phones that have their face and in one that begins with 26 they told me that they would call me in a few minutes to request my order, not without tell me that my order was going to have a cost of 50 pesos for shipping since we are in the same neighborhood, soon it is time (one day later) that they do not contact me, I will starve to death for them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, las pizzas no tienen nada que ver con la publicidad, me llegaron las pizzas súper frías y las papas todas quemadas y pura grasa que sabía a manteca, personalmente no recomiendo este lugar.
Terrible service, the pizzas have nothing to do with advertising, I got the super cold pizzas and the potatoes all burned and pure fat that tasted like butter, I personally do not recommend this place.

Cuando por fin tuve antojo y oportunidad quise pedir, resulta que no abrían porque el repartidor les quedó mal, después dicen que problemas con el gas, se contradicen y hace que sea difícil confiar.
Pues hice mi pedido desde las 4 de la tarde, la pizza llego hasta las 6:30 y según ellos me darían 10 alitas de cortesía, cosa que no sucedió.
Por último, la pizza estaba fría y húmeda, lo que no deja apreciar su sabor.
Exclamé mi queja ante las personas que administran este negocio ¿que respuesta obtuve? Nula.
Ojalá den la cara y sean menos déspotas, mejoren su atención y quizá les de una segunda oportunidad.
I was really looking forward to trying the pizzas and wings.
When I finally had a craving and the opportunity I wanted to ask, it turns out that they did not open because the delivery man was bad, then they say that problems with gas, they contradict themselves and it makes it difficult to trust.
Well, I made my order from 4 in the afternoon, the pizza arrived until 6:30 and according to them they would give me 10 complimentary wings, which did not happen.
Finally, the pizza was cold and moist, which does not allow to appreciate its flavor.
I made my complaint to the people who run this business, what response did I get? Null
Hopefully they will show their faces and be less despotic, improve their attention and maybe give them a second chance.
