A diferencia de otras pizzas que no se comen al momento, esta parece pan tostado y no queda suavecitas como otras.
No sé qué imagen manejen de pizzas artesanales; pero otras pizzas del mismo tipo que he probado, si llegan a ser plantitas, son tostaditas. Y si son gruesas, son suavecitas y esponjocitas. No quedan tostadas al poco tiempo de haberse comprado.
La masa de la misma pizza está insípida.
