Para comprar una promoción de cerveza, la mesera solicitó una identificación, sin embargo, mencionaba que no encontraba gran parentesco entre las fotografías y casi puso la id al lado de nuestras caras.
Después quiso tomar la orden y se le pidió un momento más para elegir, la mesera se molestó y volvió tan solo en unos segundos casi a exigir la orden, es comprensible tener prisa por cuestiones de preparación de alimentos, sin embargo, ya le habíamos ordenado antes otra cosa y no la había llevado aún a la cocina.
Los precios son buenos, tienen buenas promociones, ubicación excelente.
Pero para terminar, no advierten a los clientes que no están aceptando tarjetas para realizar cobro, por lo cual, uno resulta con contratiempos desagradables.

El servicio intenta ser amable, pero no me voy a meter con eso, si no capacitan al personal, lamentablemente no habrá excelencia.
Pedí una pasta blanca. De sabor amargo, con la pasta sobre cocinada y de días. Pedí vino y me dijeron que no había porque no tienen permiso, (sacarlo del menú es lo correcto) luego pido una pizza al pastor, no llegó con los ingredientes que mencionan en el menú, la carne sabía mal, el queso al enfriarse se hace como masa, no había calidad en los alimentos y son un restaurante.
Las paredes sucias, salpicadas de salsa, llenas de polvo, los apagadores llenos de mugre, pero te dan gel a tu llegada.
Échenle ojo a la calidad y ofrezcan un menú que puedan cumplir. Un auditor de calidad interno, no les caería nada mal.

The service tries to be friendly, but I'm not going to mess with that, if they don't train the staff, unfortunately there will be no excellence.
I ordered a white paste. Of bitter flavor, with the pasta over cooked and days. I asked for wine and they told me there was not because they don't have permission, (removing it from the menu is the right thing) then I ask for a pizza to the pastor, it did not come with the ingredients that they mention on the menu, the meat tasted bad, the cheese when it gets cold makes Like dough, there was no quality in the food and they are a restaurant.
Dirty walls, spattered with sauce, dusty, mufflers filled with grime, but they give you gel on arrival.
Take a look at the quality and offer a menu that they can fulfill. An internal quality auditor, they would not do anything wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pizza I ordered was horribly undercooked, essentially what I was served was bits and pieces of vegetables and cheese on top of uncooked dough. Yet it still managed to take forever to reach the table. Probably the worst food I have ever tried to eat. Try at your own risk.
