★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una excelente relación calidad-precio, incluso es de sorprender la buena calidad que tienen, sabor delicioso y atención buena. Mil veces mejor que cualquier pizzería de grandes cadenas (y más barato). Mi pedido llegó calientito y en tiempo razonable a pesar de que no estaba tan cerca. Sin duda los recomiendo y por supuesto que volveré a pedirlas.
An excellent value for money, it is even surprising the good quality they have, delicious taste and good service. A thousand times better than any large chain pizzeria (and cheaper). My order arrived warm and in reasonable time even though it wasn't that close. I definitely recommend them and of course I will ask for them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El domingo pasado hice un pedido por vía whats de unas pizzas jumbo. Quien me atendió me avisó que el pedido tardaría una hora en llegar, lo cuál me pareció razonable por la posible demanda en el día del Super Bowl. Sin embargo al pasar una hora no había noticias de mi pedido, llamamos varias veces, pero saltaba directamente a buzón de voz. Mande mensajes para saber el estado de mi pedido ya que habían pasado casi dos horas y no había ningún aviso, fue cuando mandé un mensaje para cancelar mi pedido cuando me respondieron que ya habían entregado el pedido y que ya estaba pagado. Lo cuál no es cierto porque en ningún momento me avisaron de la próxima llegada del repartidor y el timbre de mi casa nunca sonó.
Después de un rato volvimos a marcar al teléfono y una señorita nos atendió, se le comunicó lo sucedido, pero dijo que el pedido fue enviado y entregado (fue muy insistente en esto). Lo cual es mentira, nunca nos entregaron pizza y la comunicación por whats tanto por teléfono es deficiente.
Es una lástima porque las pizzas son muy ricas y a precio razonable, pero la atención al cliente deja mucho, mucho que desear.
Last Sunday I made an order via whats for some jumbo pizzas. The person who served me told me that the order would take an hour to arrive, which seemed reasonable to me due to the possible demand on the day of the Super Bowl. However, after an hour there was no news of my order, we called several times, but it went directly to voicemail. I sent messages to know the status of my order since almost two hours had passed and there was no notice, it was when I sent a message to cancel my order when they replied that they had already delivered the order and that it was already paid. Which is not true because at no time was I notified of the next arrival of the delivery man and the doorbell of my house never rang.
After a while we dialed the phone again and a lady answered us, she was told what had happened, but she said that the order was sent and delivered (she was very insistent on this). Which is a lie, pizza was never delivered to us and communication by whats both on the phone is poor.
It's a shame because the pizzas are very tasty and reasonably priced, but the customer service leaves much, much to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las mejores pizzas que he probado: ricas, sencillas y sin ser pretenciosas. De sabor se asemejan a las pizzas del Costco pero con ingredientes más frescos y más opciones. Son tan buenas que la espera para recibirlas es larga pero valen toda la pena. La masa no tiene ese clásico sabor dulzón feo que tienen las pizzas de la ciudad. Es una joya bien escondida en Santa Cruz Meyehualco.
The best pizzas I've ever had: tasty, simple and without being pretentious. In flavor they resemble Costco pizzas but with fresher ingredients and more options. They are so good that the wait to receive them is long but they are totally worth it. The dough does not have that classic ugly sweet taste that city pizzas have. It is a well hidden gem in Santa Cruz Meyehualco.

La verdad no lo vale, ojala no les pase, mi recomendación no compren en este establecimiento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De nada sirve tener pizzas de sabor aceptable si el servicio al cliente es pésimo. Yo como muchos, encontré estas pizzas por Google Maps, las fotos, comentarios y menú me llamaron la atención por lo que decidí hacer pedido, la primera vez sin falla, la segunda vez intenté pedir algo que tenían anteriormente en el menú y me dijeron que no había, en una tercera ocasión volví a preguntar y otra vez me dijeron que no había por lo qué pregunté si el menú había cambiado y me dijeron que si, de mala gana. Esta es la cuarta vez y gota que derramó el vaso, supuestamente se equivocaron en la entrega, y me dieron la de alguien más, no me cercioré hasta que habían tomado la primera rebanada, llamé para que me la cambiaran pues el error no fue mío y la respuesta que recibí fue “disculpa, si está completa la cambio, si no, ya no podría porque no es higiénico” es decir, que si es higiénico para ellos si yo la manoseó pero la entrego completa y ellos me entregan otra manoseada. Hay una causa-consecuencia y servicio al cliente que ellos no conocen, solo se deslindan, tenemos un local de comida y sabemos de lo que hablamos. Dejo la conversación y ustedes juzguen.
It is useless to have pizzas with an acceptable taste if the customer service is lousy. Like many, I found these pizzas on Google Maps, the photos, comments and menu caught my attention so I decided to order, the first time without fail, the second time I tried to order something that they had previously on the menu and they told me that There was not, on a third occasion I asked again and again they told me that there was not, so I asked if the menu had changed and they reluctantly told me yes. This is the fourth time and drop that spilled the glass, supposedly they made a mistake in the delivery, and they gave me someone else's, I did not make sure until they had taken the first slice, I called to have it changed because the mistake was not mine and the answer I received was “excuse me, if it's complete I'll change it, if not, I couldn't because it's not hygienic” that is, it's hygienic for them if I groped it but I hand it over completely and they give me another groped. There is a cause-consequence and customer service that they do not know, they only distance themselves, we have a food place and we know what we are talking about.
