D	David Ek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los repartidores no tienen la culpa de la Sra. que toma la orden por Telefono, hubo un problema con mi dirección y pasados los "40" minutos reglamentarios marque para corregirlo y me dijeron que en 15 minutos llegaba, una hora y media después no llego, hable para cancelar y todavía aun asi despues de 30 min llego la pizza... Un enredo total! Mala experiencia! En su publicidad, dicen que tienen varios refrescos. Cada vez que pedimos Sidral Mundet, nos contestaron que ya no tenían y solo sobra Pepsi. Mejor que digan que solo tienen esta marca y punto. Los repartidores siempre llegan 30 minutos después de la hora de entrega estimada y ni siquiera tocan el timbre en las rejas que da directo a la calle, hay que estar muy pendiente y salir corriendo cuando tocan el claxon sino se van sin esperar. Varias veces olvidaron la botella de refresco y tuvieron que hacer una ida y vuelta que los tomó a lo menos una hora. Además sobre 5 pedidos, 3 veces me dijeron que no tenían cambio cuando quiero pagar el paquete #1 a 120 pesos con un billette de 200. Esta noche, hice el error de confiar en un repartidor/estafador suyo quien me dijo que no tenia NADA de vuelto y se llevó un billette de 200$ diciéndome que iba a entregar un otro cliente rápidamente y volver con mis 80$. Esperé casi 3 horas después de haber llamado cinco veces a la sucursal de Chuburná para quejarme. Se rieron al teléfono y colgaron cuando empece a enojarme un tantito lo que se puede entender. Cuando por fin llego el repartidor no siquiera de disculpó y estaba a nada de irse sin darme mi refresco. Que vergüenza ! Les dejo imaginar lo que hubiera pasado si no hubiéramos insistido tanto. Bola de LADRONES ! Finalmente, lo mas importante : la calidad de la pizza. Los ingredientes no saben frescos. La pizza no está tan mal pero la masa casi siempre se ve quemada debajo. Incluso a un precio bajo, se puede esperar mejor. En mi primer pedido, regalaban sobres de salsa, los 4 otras veces ya no. Es relativamente barato pero mejor pongan un poco más para un buen servicio y más calidad. 0,5/5 - Malísimos ! Ya chole después de 5 pedidos ya no tienen excusas, mejor cambien de negocio.
