Llegó fría.
Les recomiendo poner más repartidores, o si es que tienen más, que sean más eficaces en sus entregas.

Pero en cuanto al servicio al cliente deja mucho que desear, las personas que atienden por teléfono para el servicio a domicilio, responden con un tono muy agresivo y te hablan de "tú" una manera informal y por ello me incomoda pedir más información porque sé que se molestarán si pregunto por más ingredientes, por pensar que más quisiera o por preguntar los precios y alguna promoción.
Good taste and especially the price. But in terms of customer service it leaves much to be desired, the people who answer by phone for home delivery, respond with a very aggressive tone and talk to you about "you" in an informal way and therefore it makes me uncomfortable to ask for more information because I know that they will be upset if I ask for more ingredients, to think that I would like more or to ask the prices and any promotion.
