La mexicanización de la pizza es todo un tema en Guadalajara, por eso este lugar es especial, conserva su propio sabor de origen italiano y trata de brindar desde allí una buena experiencia a quien lo visita. Se trata de pizzas en horno de leña muy delgadas con una masa muy ligera y muy bien preparadas, tienen la cantidad justa de cada ingrediente. Su selección de ingredientes es muy completa y de buena calidad. En pocos lugares de Guadalajara podrá usted comer una pizza auténtica como la que sirve Enzo, es un pequeño tesoro escondido de la ciudad. El servicio es rápido y la atención de sus dueños es excelente. 100% recomendado Definitely Italian. The Mexicanization of pizza is a topic in Guadalajara, that is why this place is special, it preserves its own flavor of Italian origin and tries to provide a good experience to those who visit it from there. These are very thin wood-fired pizzas with a very light dough and very well prepared, they have the right amount of each ingredient. Their selection of ingredients is very complete and of good quality. In few places in Guadalajara you will be able to eat an authentic pizza like the one Enzo serves, it is a little hidden treasure of the city. La lasagna es receta de la abuela (??) . Buen vino (italiano) y muy buen soundtrack If you want to visit Italy in times of quarantine, come here. Pedimos la pizza con berros y no sabemos si la pizza en si era fuerte o si el queso estaba rancio :( quiero dar una segunda oportunidad y quitarme la espina porque este lugar tiene muchas reseñas positivas. I had been walking this way for more than a year and I always wanted to try their pizzas. We ordered the watercress pizza and we don't know if the pizza itself was strong or if the cheese was stale :( I want to give a second chance and take the thorn off because this place has so many positive reviews.

They serve thin crust pizza with a wide variety of toppings which you could make your own if you'd like. Only recently they have started accepting credit cards for payment so that's nice. Not only do they offer pizza but you can op for Lasagna or even Calzones. I believe the authenticity exists here as it's created by its owner who never fails to put a smile on your face and great pizzas out.

Hope I can go to your restaurant one day and taste your pizza! My appologies... We enjoyed everything other than pizza. We got margherita and bitter chocolate dessert pizza. Both of them got too much crust that is flavorless and over price... Next time, I will skip entire pizza menu and get more antipast and entree.
