J	Juan Glez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Del producto ni hablar esta bien, como sugerencia, utilicen cubrebocas, en la entrada no hay gel, no desinfectan la mesa ,al entrar en vez de dar la bienenida todos se retiran, mala actitud,, mal servicio en general, el chavo que atiende se esfuerza en atendernos como puede, porque se ve que nadie le dice como hacerlo entoces eso esta desde la direccion. Al ingresar nos recibió un mesero que parecía algo nervioso y que no volvimos a ver hasta casi al final, fue curioso porque pensé que era el que nos iba a estar atendiendo durante el momento que pasamos ahí. También algo que me llamó la atención fue el excepcional interés por parte de una mesera, que muy atenta procuró que no nos faltará nada, lo que le resultó un tanto difícil pues noté que el trabajo de las mesas mayormente lo hacía ella, se le veía entrar constantemente a la cocina para checar en qué condición estaban los pedidos. En lugar noté que cuando nos pusieron los platos estaban llenos de polvo, obviamente hablamos y amablemente nos los cambiaron lo cual agradezco demasiado. Que dos parejas decidieron no quedarse porque les informaron que su pedido tardaría en salir, supongo que les dijeron que una hora porque obtuvimos la misma respuesta cuando llegamos, solo que nos quedamos porque nos ofrecieron un pedido que de último momento cancelaron. Un grupo de jóvenes que estaban antes que nosotros comieron hasta después, a ellos les informaron que tenían los hornos llenos por los pedidos que eran a domicilio. Accidentalmente escuché cuando se quejaban porque su mesa estaba al lado de la nuestra. Entiendo que la organización es indispensable al momento de ofrecer un servicio y que muchas veces hay factores que no son regidos por los encargados y que quedan a la vista. Espero que parte de su visión sea ver las oportunidades de mejora y trabajar sobre ellas para ofrecer un buen servicio. En fin, buen trato, la pizza estaba buena, aderezos ricos, hamburguesa buena pero hay que cuidar más los detalles. Instead I noticed that when they put the plates on us they were full of dust, we obviously talked and they kindly changed them for us which I appreciate so much. That two couples decided not to stay because they were informed that their order would take to leave, I guess they were told an hour because we got the same response when we arrived, only that we stayed because they offered us an order that was canceled at the last minute. A group of young people who were before us ate until later, they were informed that they had the ovens full for the orders that were delivered. I accidentally overheard them complaining because their table was next to ours. I understand that organization is essential when offering a service and that many times there are factors that are not governed by those in charge and that remain visible. I hope that part of your vision is to see the improvement opportunities and work on them to offer a good service. Anyway, good deal, the pizza was good, rich dressings, good hamburger but you have to take care of more details.
