A veces es mejor tomar el pedido y el cliente decide esperar a no contestar el teléfono.
Les pondría más estrellas por la sazón. Pero el servicio es pésimo aunque el repartidor sea amable.
The pizza is very good / the delivery service is very slow / they hardly ever answer the phone.
Sometimes it is better to take the order and the customer decides to wait until they answer the phone.
I'd give them more stars for the season. But the service is lousy even though the delivery man is friendly.
