★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor Pizzeta que he conocido. ¿No se supone que la receta y los ingredientes son los mismos en todos los establecimientos de la franquicia? La diferencia debe estar en el servicio, rapidez y el tiempo de cocción que se le da al producto. Pues aquí no, porque sí, el servicio fue una porquería; los "trabajadores" tardaron 2 min. en atenderme (no había algún otro cliente), la persona que me atendió parecía que no hablaba español, tardó 20 min. en darme algo que ya estaba hecho, sólo había que calentarlo. Tuve que tolerar el pésimo servicio y los 20 min. con mucha hambre para que al final me dieran basura semi-comestible, un sabor tan repugnante, y no, no estaba descompuesto, simplemente sabía asqueroso. Vaya porquería de establecimiento de una franquicia que me encanta.
 The worst Pizzeta I've ever met. Is not the recipe and the ingredients supposed to be the same in all establishments of the franchise? The difference must be in the service, speed and cooking time given to the product. Well, not here, because, yes, the service was crap; the "workers" took 2 min. in attending to me (there was no other client), the person who attended me seemed not to speak Spanish, it took 20 min. in giving me something that was already done, you just had to warm it up. I had to tolerate the terrible service and the 20 min. very hungry so that in the end they would give me semi-edible garbage, a taste so disgusting, and no, it was not broken, it just tasted disgusting. What a crap to establish a franchise that I love.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, la incompetencia del empleado que está en el mostrador (Ángel?) No tiene límites, Pizzeta debería capacitar bien al personal, Atención al cliente= cero, servicio= cero. El muy idio#$&@... Me cobra e indica: -te aviso cuando esté listo tu pedido- después de 40 minutos en espera, nunca dijo nada, pregunto a la gerente por mi pedido y le dice: -ahi está el pedido del hombre, ya te había dicho-. Tanto uno como otro, solo perjudican la imagen de esta empresa. Los odio!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, llame para ordenar y me dijeron que tardaría 40-45 minutos, puesto que no llegaba llamé y me dijeron que el repartidor ya había salido hace una hora a lo cual les pregunté si compensarían el tiempo excedido ya que la pizza llegaría fría, y solo descontarán el 10% del total de la Pizzota

La señorita que me atendió no traía cubrebocas (eso es muy importante ahorita en tiempo de pandemia) y tampoco traía cofia eso es algo antihigiénico, prácticamente le rogué atención. Me dijo que en 20 minutos estaría mi orden y se tardaron más y ni siquiera tuvo la decencia de llamarme para entregarme mi pedido tuve que ir a preguntar si ya estaba listo.
Terrible customer service. The lady who attended me was not wearing a face mask (that is very important right now in times of a pandemic) and she was not wearing a bonnet either, that is something unsanitary, I practically begged her for attention. He told me that my order would be there in 20 minutes and it took them longer and he didn't even have the decency to call me to deliver my order. I had to go ask if it was ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Del sabor no te puedes quejar pues es comida rápida, la relación calidad/precio es buena pero no hay muchas cosas y la atención es "meh", supongo se debe a que esta plaza siempre parece estar en cuarentena perpetua por lo vacía que está desde que tengo memoria jaja, si quieren Pizzeta es mejor ir a las tiendas del centro.
You cannot complain about the taste because it is fast food, the quality / price ratio is good but there are not many things and the attention is "meh", I suppose it is because this square always seems to be in perpetual quarantine because of how empty it has been since I have memory haha, if you want Pizzeta it is better to go to the stores in the center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que pésimo servicio sus cajeros pareciera que no están capacitados para atender ni para dar cambio además de que te dan cierto tiempo para entregarte tu orden y no la tienen en el tiempo que dicen, el día de hoy nos dijeron que en 20 minutos estaba lista nuestra orden, esperamos media hora para preguntar Si Ya estaría nuestra orden la chica me dijo que 5 minutos más mientras me quedé ahí parada esperando mi orden, otro cliente ordenó cuatro pizzotas y a los 10 minutos se las entregaron y yo seguirá esperando mi orden, a más de una hora de esperar mi orden ya molesta le pregunté a la chica que que onda con mi orden y me entregó mi orden fría ? y tenían echo un asco su área de salsas cuando se supone que deberían tener una constante limpieza ya que manejan alimentos.
