★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención por parte de los empleados, desde la chica del mostrador, la cajera y quien entrega el material. Tienen buen material pero el detalle de la atención me hace dudar en volver a comprar ahí, es realmente mala.
Very bad attention from the employees, from the girl at the counter, the cashier and whoever delivers the material. They have good material but the detail of the attention makes me hesitate to buy there again, it is really bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen varios productos en exhibición pero no todos los tienen en almacén, muchos son sobre pedido, los precios son competitivos, pero la atención deja un poco que desear, son muy lentos y en mostrador debes ya de saber que quieres, ya que son un poco groseros si les haces consultas sobre productos o si tienes duda de algo, si vas a facturar es eterna la espera, y finalmente el que te entrega el material que siempre anda en su montacargas el "vampiro" es un mamón de primera que se siente el dueño del negocio, quizás si todos tuvieran un trato mas amable, las cosas serían distintas y habría mas gente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención!!! Es lamentable que los empleados se sientan los dueños. Me refiero a una chica del mostrador que me atendió de muy mala gana. Le pedí que me mostrara materiales y precios pero se negó. Lamentable que en una maderería no vendan madera porque lo dice la empleada, aunque esté viendo el producto!!!
Terrible attention !!! It is unfortunate that the employees feel like the owners. I mean a girl at the counter who reluctantly attended to me. I asked him to show me materials and prices, but he refused. Unfortunately that in a lumberyard they do not sell wood because the employee says it, even if she is seeing the product !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienda especializada en tableros de MDF y otros productos similares, me agrado bastante porque fueron muy amables todo el tiempo. Incluso el gerente estuvo atento y me pregunto si habia algun problema con sus trabajadores cuando observo que volvian a meter a la tienda una parte de mi pedido (solo pedi que le hicieran mas cortes), bien logrado.
Store specializing in MDF boards and other similar products, I really like them because they were very kind all the time. Even the manager was attentive and asked me if there was any problem with his workers when he observed that they returned to put a part of my order back to the store (I only asked for more cuts), well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención por parte de la señorita de mostrador, siempre atendiendo sus cosas antes que el usuario. Lamentable ya que es una tienda que tiene muchos elementos para ser buena. Gran variedad de productos sin embargo. Coincido con los usuarios al mencionar que es muy tardado. Siguieron ir a otros lugares en donde la calidad humana y experiencias son mejores.
Bad attention from the counter lady, always attending to her things before the user. Unfortunate since it is a store that has many elements to be good. Wide variety of products however. I agree with the users when mentioning that it is very late. They continued to go to other places where human quality and experiences are better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona que atiende no es grosera pero parece que está algo estresada.
Le falta un poco de paciencia cuando se hacen preguntas, no todos somos expertos y si esperamos un poco de atención a nuestras preguntas.
Por otro lado hay mucho ruido en el lugar de atención al cliente y dificulta la comunicación, se tiene que gritar para entender lo que se comenta.
Fuera de eso pues ya van varias veces que compro materiales, no recomiendo comprar canteado pues no queda bien y en el transporte se maltrata, en lo personal prefiero cantear aunque invierta más tiempo.
The person who attends is not rude but it seems that he is somewhat stressed.
You lack a bit of patience when asking questions, we are not all experts and we do expect a little attention to our questions.
On the other hand, there is a lot of noise in the customer service area and communication is difficult, you have to shout to understand what is being said.
Apart from that, since they have already bought materials several times, I do not recommend buying edging because it does not look good and in transport it is mistreated, personally I prefer to edging even if I invest more time.

Manden a un curso de ventas a esa persona !!!
