★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son muy lentos para atender y quieren hacer varias cosas al mismo tiempo los vendedores. Varios productos que están exhibidos en sus cocinas estan descontinuados. No tienen mucha variedad de productos como la competencia. No manejan nada de enchapados naturales ni de madera.
Salespeople are very slow to attend to and want to multitask. Several products that are displayed in their kitchens are discontinued. They don't have much variety of products like the competition. They do not handle any natural veneer or wood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, fuimos por MDF de 3mm y nos vendieron uno de 6 mm, y el jóven ni siquiera nos lo quiso cortar para poder trasladarlo más fácil, nos lo aventó arriba del coche y tampoco nos dieron ayuda para amarrarlo. Ya hasta que nos vieron cortándolo con una segueta que teníamos a la mano nos dieron su apoyo.
Mal servicio de parte de los muchachos y de parte de la logística de la tienda al dar material incorrecto.
Terrible service, we went for 3mm MDF and they sold us a 6mm one, and the young man didn't even want to cut it to be able to move it easier, he threw it on top of the car and they didn't give us any help to tie it down. Until they saw us cutting it with a hacksaw that we had at hand, they gave us their support.
Bad service from the boys and from the store's logistics by giving the wrong material.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cumplen plazo de entrega mal trato al cliente, te gritan de manera prepotente por que según ellos tu eres el interesado, en vez de entregar el pedido y cumplir dándole prioridad, te indican que mejor te busques otro lugar para comprar, muy mal trato al cliente. Ojalá se pueda comunicar el dueño o el responsable de la franquicia para explicar mi experiencia completa.
Todavía se burlan y te dicen que que si ya se la sabe uno que no cumplen, por qué me quejo, que mejor venga días después del plazo. Creo que es ridícula la respuesta del personal.
They do not meet the delivery deadline bad treatment of the client, they yell at you in an arrogant way because according to them you are the interested party, instead of delivering the order and fulfilling it by giving priority, they tell you that you better find another place to buy, very bad treatment to the client. Hopefully the owner or manager of the franchise can communicate to explain my full experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre 3 piezas de formaica y solo me venían 2 piezas en mi pedido, y eso que según estaban sellados. Lo notifique y se hicieron de la vista gorda. No vuelvo a comprar en esa tienda, bola de rateros puse mi queja y el personal sabe de esas estafas y no hace nada por que están involucradas.
Además de su pésimo servicio, pides asesoría de sus productos y ponen mal cara.
A eso si bien metidos en el Facebook.
