★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El establecimiento No cumple con la fecha pactada para el siguiente día (de viernes para el sábado). No llegó el sábado y tuve que esperar hasta el lunes. El lunes hablé por teléfono y el trato no fué cordial, fué cortante, sin ninguna explicación, escusa hacia el cliente. Buscaré otra opción ya que me retrasaron mi chamba. Primera y única vez. Por ésto no hay preferencia.
The establishment does not meet the agreed date for the following day (from Friday to Saturday). It didn't come on Saturday and I had to wait until Monday. On Monday I spoke by phone and the treatment was not cordial, it was curt, without any explanation, excuse towards the client. I will look for another option since my job was delayed. Fue grosera y no tuvo la debida atención al cliente, al momento de pagar me aventó los billetes porque ella no tenía cambio, me dijo que yo fuera a cambiar para que me cobrarán.
Al estar esperando que la señorita consiguiera mi cambio, me comentaron otros clientes que estaban en la fila de espera que en esa sucursal son muy déspotas.
