★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar increíble. Desde que pones un pie en el edificio y te atiende el de la entrada, sabes que estas en uno de los mejores lugares de masaryk. Subir tantos pisos vale la pena ya que al llegar te tratan como en tu casa. La gente amigable y muy servicial. La directora es un encanto y se ve que todos le echan muchísimas ganas. Un lugar admirable en donde se hace lo que tu digas y siempre vas a salir mucho mas guap@.
It's an incredible place. Since you set foot in the building and the one at the entrance looks after you, you know that you are in one of the best places in Masaryk. Climbing as many floors is worth it because when you arrive they treat you like at home. Friendly and very helpful people. The director is charming and you can see that everyone really wants her. An admirable place where you do what you say and you will always come out much more handsome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad fui por las súper recomendaciones en Instagram pero justo me tocó ir cuando fue una “famosa” y la directora, que pareciera muy amable y buena onda con todos, literal te ignora, se pasa de largo, ni te saluda, ni nada y presta toda su atención al “famoso”, las señoritas si muy amables, buen servicio solo por parte de ellas, bonito el lugar y todo pero la actitud de la directora si deja mucho que desear y por eso no lo recomendaría porque que incómodo que estando en la misma habitación ni un hola por educación.
Y si le hace falta un elevador o que avisaran que hay escaleras y que no tienen lugares para estacionarse.
The truth was I went for the super recommendations on Instagram but I just had to go when she was a "famous" and the director, who seemed very friendly and good vibes with everyone, literally ignores you, passes you by, or greets you, or anything and pays all your attention to the "famous", the ladies are very friendly, good service only from them, beautiful the place and everything but the attitude of the director leaves much to be desired and that is why I would not recommend it because it is uncomfortable that being in the same room not a hello for politeness.
And if you need an elevator or warn that there are stairs and that they have no places to park.
