★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio de parte de todo el equipo, hicimos 4 actividades y todo genial, además Jesús nos llevó a conocer un lugar para comer que se llama salbutilandia, un lugar padre para comer una rica comida típica de la zona, ampliamente los recomiendo, gracias!!
 Excellent service from the whole team, we did 4 activities and everything was great, also Jesus took us to know a place to eat called Salbutilandia, a great place to eat a delicious typical food of the area, I highly recommend them, thank you! !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No son nada fiables, mucho cuidado con esta agencia, te van diciendo unos horarios y unos servicios MUY diferentes cada vez que hablas con ellos, y te van subiendo los precios, encima se esperan a que reserves para confirmártelo todo (con la decepción que ello conlleva), he pedido el reembolso de la reserva, muy enfadado.
They are not reliable at all, be very careful with this agency, they tell you about VERY different hours and services every time you talk to them, and they raise the prices, on top of that they wait for you to book to confirm everything (with the disappointment that this entails), I have asked for a refund of the reservation, very angry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realice el Tour al Cielo hace una semana y el lugar es increíble sin embargo no lo volvería a hacer con esta Agencia. En la información que me proporcionaron indicaba que incluía transporte redondo al hotel sin embargo no es así, una vez que hice el pago para reservar me indicaron que por estar hospedado en Playa del Carmen el transporte redondo no venia incluido. Cabe señalar que en la información que me dieron sobre el Tour no venia especificado que tuviera alguna restricción en este aspecto.
También me confirmaron que me harían préstamo de aletas sin embargo no fue así, yo no lleve las mías para no hacer mucho bulto y al final no nos hicieron préstamo de aletas. Y al finalizar la actividad en El Cielo y la comida en el restaurante, solo nos dieron nuestro boleto de regreso en el Ferry, el transporte del Restaurante al Ferry también fue por nuestra cuenta.
I made the Tour to Heaven a week ago and the place is incredible, however I would not do it again with this Agency. In the information that they provided me, it indicated that it included roundtrip transportation to the hotel, however that is not the case, once I made the payment to reserve, they indicated that because I was staying in Playa del Carmen, the roundtrip transportation was not included. It should be noted that the information they gave me about the Tour did not specify that I had any restrictions in this regard.
They also confirmed that they would lend me fins, however it was not like that, I did not take mine so as not to make too much of a bulk and in the end they did not lend us fins. And at the end of the activity in El Cielo and the food in the restaurant, they only gave us our return ticket on the Ferry, the transportation from the Restaurant to the Ferry was also on our own.
