Y nada, al preguntar por las albercas nos dicen que no saben si están llenas. Al preguntar por la cascada nos dicen que no saben si ahi se puede nadar. Fuimos a la cascada, hermosa hermosa e impresionante pero al volver y querer descansar un rato nos corren. Pésimo. Les recomiendo no molestar a la señora, solo denle los 10 pesos y vayan a la cascada y luego fuga. I do not recommend anyone to go to this place. We went as a work team with a lot of emotion for the photos we saw. And nothing, when asking about the pools they tell us that they do not know if they are full. When asking about the waterfall they tell us that they do not know if you can swim there. We went to the waterfall, beautiful beautiful and impressive but when we return and want to rest for a while they run us. Appalling. I recommend not disturbing the lady, just give her the 10 pesos and go to the waterfall and then escape.

Ahora los detalles; las cabañas no tienen clima, no hay ventilador, ni tv por cable y no hay WiFi. Al ubicarse en un área rural hay muchos insectos, quien crea que llega a una cadena internacional, que ni vaya. Aplaudo el esfuerzo de la administradora, de un sencillo balneario está construyendo un pequeño desarrollo ecoturístico. La cascada está incluida y los servicios de rapel y las grutas se pagan aparte. Las grutas son increíbles, absolutamente vírgenes, lodo, caídas, exigen físicamente. HAY QUE REGRESAR :) :) :) Few places like this, to rest. I highly recommend it. Now the details; the cabins do not have climate, there is no fan, no cable TV and there is no WiFi. Being located in a rural area there are many insects, whoever thinks they are coming to an international chain, don't even go. I applaud the effort of the administrator, from a simple resort she is building a small ecotourism development. The waterfall is included and rappelling services and caves are paid separately. The caves are incredible, absolutely virgin, mud, falls, physically demanding. YOU HAVE TO RETURN :) :) :)

Bello el lugar, puede ser familiar aunque hay zonas un poco de dificultad para hacer senderismo. It is a beautiful place, the smells that are perceived are unique, the colors, the experience, the place is magical, the spectacular waterfall and at night there is a place where you can see fireflies. The place is beautiful, it can be familiar although there are areas that are a bit difficult for hiking.

Pero en general bonito el paisaje en el restaurante servicio economico sabroso solo falta que sean las atentos y den más inf. Es un lugar que inicia y deberían tener mejor atención . Me gustaría volver. The tour to the waterfall was fun , just there is no one to guide you and some parts are dangerous . But in general, the landscape in the restaurant is beautiful, cheap service, tasty, the only thing missing is for them to be attentive and give more information. It is a place that starts and should have better attention. I would like to return.

Si eligen bajar a la gruta Mamamia lleven botas con buen agarre y ropa que seque rápido. Es una buena aventura ir a la gruta, no apta para cardíacos. Vale la pena la experiencia!! The attention in the restaurant very good, very rich food and cheap. It is a place to relax and enjoy nature. If you choose to go down to the Mamamia grotto, wear boots with good grip and clothing that dries quickly. It is a good adventure to go to the grotto, not suitable for the faint of heart. The experience is worth it!!

A	Anja H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in this incredible place for two nights. And it was a true natural retreat. What you can expect are good accomodation, a restaurant on the premises (opens at 7:30am closes at 7:00pm, traditional Mexican cuisine, not a lot of variety), a cool pool and the kindest and most helpful hosts we have met so far being in Mexico. They took us for a walk evenbehind the waterfalls and showed us some really cool plants. The garden, the waterfalls are stunning! And you should try their awesome homemade yoghurt and cheeses. Besides that you can bring your own food and have a bbq at site- just great! Right across the road they have a little farm where you can find cattle, horses, cats, dogs... The kids loved it. We also got to milk the cows in the morning, what a true, authentic experience. If you don't want to stay the night,you can also visit the waterfalls. Shere is a small admission on that however.
