★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo!!! Su letrero dice 2 días de entrega y mis cosas me las entregaron a las 2 semanas, me entregaron la ropa sucia y lo de costura sin hacer y no me devolvieron mi dinero además mandé dos edredones a lavandería y regresaron oliendo feo y con una mancha blanca
Appalling!!! Its sign says 2 days of delivery and my things were delivered to me after 2 weeks, they gave me the dirty clothes and the sewing without doing and they did not return my money, I sent two quilts to the laundry and they came back smelling ugly and with a white spot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Están quedando muy mal y no están abriendo, por lo que se quedaron con la ropa, no conteastan teléfonos. Eso me hace decir que tienen pésimo servicio.
They are looking very bad and they are not opening, so they kept the clothes, they do not answer phones. That makes me say they have terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En octubre 2021 cerro por 3 semanas sin avisar a los clientes, yo habia dejado un traje a tintorería el cual necesitaba el fin de semana y valió madres, 3 semanas después me lo entregan y con 1000 escusas de por qué no habia abierto... Pésimo servicio y profesionalismo eso sí cobran por adelantado ????
In October 2021 it closed for 3 weeks without notifying the clients, I had left a suit to the dry cleaner which I needed on the weekend and it was worth mothers, 3 weeks later they gave it to me and with 1000 excuses why it had not opened ... Terrible service and professionalism that they do charge in advance ????
