★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper lugar para ir a ejercitarte, aunque detesto que la gente se adueñe de los aparatos y crean que pueden estar ahí por una hr como si fuera privado o exclusivo, ojalá los trainers o el personal estuviera más pendiente de estos detalles, a veces siento que no cumplen muy bien con lo de cero gymtimidation pues si te ven inexperto luego luego te hacen el feo y no hay nadie que te corrija o te Oriente para saber si haces bien los ejercicios, afortunadamente ya antes había tenido un entrenador personal y hasta ahora me va bien porque los aparatos estaban súper y las instalaciones también pero si da pena ver a gente que fácilmente podría lesionarse haciendo mal un ejercicio y gente que no te da chance de entrenar a gusto por estar sentado hrs en los aparatos
Super place to go to exercise, although I hate that people take over the equipment and believe that they can be there for an hour as if it were private or exclusive, I wish the trainers or the staff were more aware of these details, sometimes I feel that they do not comply very well with zero gymtimidation because if they see you inexperienced then they make you ugly and there is no one to correct you or guide you to know if you do the exercises well, fortunately I had had a personal trainer before and until now I It's going well because the equipment was super and the facilities too, but it's sad to see people who could easily injure themselves doing an exercise wrong and people who don't give you a chance to train comfortably because you sit for hours on the equipment.
