Excellent service at this hotel. A tip goes a long way, especially with American money. I mean to be honest, I didn't really had to leave the resort to do anything because there is so much to do there. The food was excellent and a lot of options. Staff was very helpful and always want to make sure I was having a good time.

The resort is beautiful and safe but horribly under staffed. We booked as Star Class, yet were unable to get restaurant reservations, star class check in or get into restaurants most nights. The Butler was MIA and pointless. Broken glass in the breezeways from late night parties. We were there 5 nights and so happy to depart. I would not want to return to this property.

I normally eat organic food and it seemed all their food was of organic quality and all the water had to be filtered. Every day I was there I felt better and better! The chicken and fish was clean tasting, the fruit all ripened to perfection, preparation and attention from the staff was the best I have ever encountered. The excursions they helped set up went flawlessly with Alltournative and Delphinus, to the Mayan Pyramid Temple, Cenote Rappelling, and dolphin experiences. The resort is spotless and extraordinarily beautiful, sands and buildings bright white with a turquoise ocean beach. The music, pools and entertainment was awesome. The waiters in the restaurants see everything and when someone needs something it is just minutes away. I am not sure why masks were mandated in the restaurants. Is that a government mandate? That was my only irritation. Those are proven to be useless against the injected pandemic viruses shedding throughout the world so as to be a nuisance. On the other hand the cleanliness of the place gives assurance that the probability of any surface contamination is about nonexistent.

We celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday on the Adult side.The room smelled liked mildew.The room was poorly cleaned. My daughter went to run the shower and outcame brown water. I was encouraged by the front desk to stay in the room. Apparently all the resort rooms smell of pungent mold. No umbrella available,no iron available and when we made the request, they told us that there were none available on the resort very unaccommodating. The front desk began to ignore our phone calls. It took over an hour to get a bell boy to bring a cart for our luggage on our day of departure. The front desk kept reassuring me that they had contacted the bell desk and they hadn't. I had to call the bell desk directly. Upon checkout I wasn't even looked in the eyes or asked if I enjoyed my stay. The answer was already known.The hotel staff (besides some of the adult scene front desk workers) were very hospitable and helpful. The food was hit or miss. The wait staff was incredible. The resort on the other hand was beautiful. Would give more stars but the front desk just left a bad taste in my mouth. Very disappointing. We arrived home only to find my daughters sneakers(never removed from the suitcase) had been stolen. Housekeeping were the only people with access to our belongings off camera. I contacted Planet Hollywood hotels and still have not been acknowledged to this day. Very disheartening......The wait staff However were no thing but fabulous. A1. I would give them more stars but our overall resort experience was horrific. No bueno.

Pools were amazing, drinks were amazing, food was amazing. What was not amazing was the lack of water pressure in our room, brown water, and no hot water. Not only did we have to discover this by ourselves, but when we went to the front desk, they said they would look into it. Nothing changed throughout our 7 day stay. It was our building that was having issues as far as I know. Also for supposedly being such a posh room, the cupboards all needed to be aligned, the closet doors didn't shut, which at first sight wasn't an issue till the middle of the night, as the light in the closet only turned off when the doors were closed. ? Floors clearly had not been washed in between us and the previous people, as there was splash marks on the floors from drinks being spilt. That too was never done during our stay. The hotel has covid protocols like mask wearing and sanitize stations.....but it is NEVER enforced. You can basically do what you want. The only people wearing masks were all the workers. Every restaurant, and indoor place, had signs up that masks were mandatory. Apparently that only applies to the workers. Rant over. Loved the resort as a whole, but it needs some big time maintenance.

The hotel is very nice and beautiful. The rooms are clean and looks nice, the pools are very fun and the Lazy River was my favourite part. The reason I gave the hotel 3 of star is because of the service and the food. The service was very bad for a five star hotel. There were so many little situation that I told myself and my friends that the service here is horrible. About food, their Buffet breakfast was the best part. Buffet dinner was very basic and not what I expected for five star hotel. The Steakhouse and Italian restaurant were okay, but I didn't like the Mexican at all. And the most disappointing thing was that everything closed down around midnight so after that you don't have any option to eat unless you order room service which takes about an hour to get to you. Also, I am pretty sure all the drinks were mixed with half water and half alcohol I could not taste any tequila in my margarita even though I always mentioned double shots. They were also so sweet, I even asked one time to add less syrup and they said they cannot do that which was weird. Anyways the whole experience wasn't bad because we were with our friends and we had fun but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I Stayed On The Adult Side in a swim out room and The Resort is beautiful everyone was super friendly. The room did have like an old basement smell so bring a candle or a plug in to help w smell the room is nice though so it made up for it, Food was very mediocre except the steak house room service food is like hospital food but there’s live performances and great staff that hyped u up to dance so it was super fun. Beach is beautiful pool was lit lazy river looked fun and they have many bars all over resort. I stayed in building 15 on adult side the pool area In the back was shady most of the time. I recommend getting a room across for a more sunny pool area I’m not sure if that’s the family side but it’s to the left of the courtyard. Way more sun on that side during the day. Oh & the all inclusive liquor is bottom shelf liquor I recommend bringing your own bottle in your checked bag or upgrading to star package. I’m giving it 3 star because the food wasn’t great for the price they charge but the resort and beach is beautiful and staff is friendly.

We have been to several resorts and this is THE best. We stayed on adult side, which I recommend because it is so quiet and away from the events happening at night. The rooms had great AC and fans so we slept very well, which is a rare find. The lazy river and cave bar was where it’s at!! We would just float and drink our mango margaritas allll day. There is something for everyone and the entertainment is fantastic. The beach is beautiful as always in Mexico. There were 3 pools with great music, space and even beds/shade. Drinks and food were good and plentiful. We love food and we found for the first time that we actually preferred the buffet over the restaurants because it was good quality. My only ‘complaint’ is that, as a coffee lover, it felt hard to get just a regular black coffee in the morning as they had only one cafe’ available and a line built up early. The room coffee wasn’t great so that didn’t feel like an option, haha. I would recommend at least a a little area with regular coffee pots for that side of the resort. Other than that, everything was beautiful and so fun!! It was peaceful, both kid and non kid-friendly. We had the best time and are already looking to book again for next year!
